Robb L. Farrell - CEO: As a certified transformational executive life coach and skilled negotiator, Robb has made coaching parents to be successful in advocacy his focused passion.  As a parent of a child with ASD, Robb is intimately familiar with the challenges of advocating for the rights of a child with special needs.  Through tested experience Robb has developed a conviction that the key to success in advocacy is achieved predominately by how parents relate to the process.  Robb founded PACA out of a commitment to support parents by coaching them in the art of advocacy.

Becky Martinek - COO: Becky is a dedicated Special Education Advocate, who has a passion for training parents to advocate for their children.  She graduated with her B.A. in English from California State University and obtained a J.D. from Whittier Law School, in Costa Mesa .  Her interest in special education law developed when she was a second year law student at Whittier Law School.  There she served as and advocate for the school's special education law clinic for two consecutive years.  She has also acted as an advocate and law clerk for both private practice and non-profit organizations.
