What makes P.A.C.A. unique:

  • We support parents in all aspects related to having a child with special needs. Our holistic approach provides legal, educational, social, and emotional coaching that will ultimately prepare you to advocate for your child during every educational transition.

  • Our method is purposed to train parents in advocating for their children. This will allow parents to successfully advocate for their children in every educational transition, which will eliminate reliance on outside professional help.

  • Our executive team’s knowledge of special education advocacy derives from both professional and personal experience.

  • We operate on a national level and most of our services can be facilitated via phone and conference calling. This allows for optimal scheduling flexibility for parents.

  • We believe that special education law is a set of standards that enables the school district and parents to be allies while deciding what is best for a child's education. You as a parent are not there to fight the school district, but rather figure out how to work with them.

  • In many cases letting the school district know you have hired an advocate can cause some delay and resistance to a solution.  With the parent becoming a competent advocate for their child, without formally announcing you have hired one, can expedite results and foster a healthy partnership with the school district.

  • The cost of our services is a fraction of the cost of traditional advocacy and helps to eliminate future advocacy costs by providing follow-up support as a integral part of the process
